Sherrie Busby and Chris Arion are currently part of the Professional Learning and Development Services with Heartland Dental. Sherrie spends her time creating content that is designed to help dental assistants achieve mastery in their job. Chris is a Regional Scan Trainer and has responsibility for several regions covering the Mid-West States. Chris & Sherrie both love connecting and stepping into the future with dental assistants on a daily basis.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: The American Dental Assistants Association (ADAA) reserves the right to cancel any course should circumstances warrant such action. In the event the course is canceled, the ADAA will refund the full tuition. If you cancel your registration for this program, the ADAA will refund the tuition minus a $10 administrative cancellation fee. We must receive your cancellation request in writing, via e-mail to email@example.com 7 business days prior to the program. No refunds if less than 7 business days.
